As golfers we believe golf should not be a four letter word, it should be fun. We believe in Mulligans, Foot Wedges, Gimmies, Hand Wedges, Free Drops, Reloading, Breakfast and Lunch Balls, and any excuse to improve your lie. - NSG

Pink Ball Contest at Green Spring
Green Spring Holes #5 and #11 claim the Pink Ball
There were no teams that returned the Pink Ball. Of the score cards returned, the Pink Ball was lost on
Hole #5 - The very short Par 3 that is across "G's Ravine".
Hole #11 - The short Par 4 that requires navigation of "Lee's Lake".
Here are the results:
Cliff Long, Bruce Bundy, Steve McCoy, Mike McCoy
Their Pink Ball canyon jumped, without a parachute, into the ravine fronting hole #5
Gary LeClaire, G Pare, Rick Opheikens, Dave Lee
Their Pink Ball made the heroic plunge into "G's Ravine" before reaching the par 3, hole #5.
Jim Woodard, Jeff Zornow, Tom Graves, Mike Kelly
Not sure where their Pink Ball went? No score card turned in, but they sure had a good time.
Gary Thornton, Greg Fischer, Jim Thalman, Dave Waugh
Their Pink Ball took a swim into "Lee's Lake" never arriving safely on green #11.
Score after 10 holes was 50.
Nolan Ackroyd, Jerry Bowman, Randy Kasik, Stan Dobretz
No scorecard, no Pink Ball returned. Jerry kept it in his pocket as a souvenir.
Jimmy Reese, Larry Cordner, Tom Shaw, Steve Jensen
Their Pink Ball made it to the 11th hole where it disappeared into a watery grave.
Score after 10 holes was 57.
Mike Nakata, Art Tice, Richard Wolfley, Steve Parker
Offering a toast to Barb and Steve Parker for their Bloody Mary Hospitality Bar.
